"The property is fantastic, HOWEVER:1) It isn’t ski in/out (at least a 300m walk before you ski through trees to the slopes to get to a red run. We had to drive every day and we’re experienced skiers!2) The room configuration is NOT what is on the website (actual configuration is three doubles, one single, one room with two bunk beds). This made our lives hard as we had told children which rooms they would be in, based on description. We did have a couple of issues while staying, but they were fixed VERY QUICKLY. The owner (local contact) were excellent. "

"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"

"Great communication, responses and welcome from the Chalet owner. It is almost ski in ski out, with only a short walk up a little hill to the 1800 lift.The Chalet had everything we needed and was very comfortable.Fabulous views and quiet location away from the crowds."

"It was not possible to access the hilly driveway up to the apartment as it was covered in black ice/snow. We arrived late (in the dark) due to long delays and had to leave our car at the bottom of the driveway and carry all our luggage/food up to the apartment which after travelling for 16 hrs wasn't great. The next morning we put on snow chains but there was still an issue trying to find a parking space for our car. The apartment wasn't very clean. Some dirty cutlery, filter with used coffee left in the coffee machine. Beds were not made and we had to wait until the next morning for towels. The oven needed cleaning out. There were plenty of pots and pans etc.... good fridge/freezer. Heating was great, very hot. Showers great. Would we return, no we would go for accommodation in either 1800 or 2000 where there is easy access to slopes (no bus rides), shops, restaurants etc.......On the day we were leaving the gritter arrived to grit the driveway up to the apartments so this may not be an issue for others. An average stay but great skiing and wonderful conditions. "

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski area pass - this hotel is so far at one end of the area you'll never make it over to Les Arcs and there is loads of skiing in La Plagne "

"Fantastic location for skiing! Locker rooms on slope meters from chair lifts. Good choice of food for breakfast with amazimg views of mountains and bottom of pistes. Large bar area with big screen. Hotel is tired but very comfortable and in similar condition to other ski hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!"

"The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience. If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again. "
