"Property is a little dated but is in an ideal location. All the staff was helpful and even got us to the airport when we couldn't get a cab or Uber. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely return here"

"This is an outstanding place to stay in Terceira. The property sits right on the ocean, offering beautiful sunrise views, and its location near the airport is extremely convenient. Parking is easy, both on the property and along the road. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff were polite, attentive, and diligent in their work. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and warm, with an air conditioner that kept the space perfectly cool. Although we arrived earlier than expected due to our flight, the team kindly prepared our room so we could check in ahead of time. Breakfast was excellent, with a healthy and varied selection each morning. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay, this is the ideal place. We would happily return on our next visit. Thank you for a great experience."

"Can’t say enough good stuff about this property. It was lovely, clean, the appliances all worked and were easy to use, they provided pool towels. They had the air con on when we arrived so it was fresh and smelled nice. The beds were lovely and the sheets soft.Really wonderful place. The town is pretty, the location great, the view excellent.Thank you for hosting us!!"

"Das Haus war wunderbar. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sehr schöner Garten und Grillplatz. Zum Naturpool kann man zu Fuß gehen. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein guter Bäcker, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen."

"We felt at home with our 3 week stay. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. Paulo was very quick to respond and is a wonderful host. The area is very walkable, even down to the praia. The free parking lot is very full during the weekday business hours. Which wasn't too big of a deal for us. We would definitely like to stay again in the future."
