"I had an excellent stay at MS Vila Nova. The hotel is clean, well maintained, quiet, and very comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. Everything felt organised and easy, which made the stay stress-free. The facilities are solid and deliver great value.
What truly stands out, however, is the level of service, particularly from Raquel at reception. She operates at an exceptionally high customer service standard. From the first interaction, she was calm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her communication is clear and reassuring, and she has a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued.
It is evident that Raquel knows her role inside out. She works with confidence, efficiency, and precision, while maintaining a warm and approachable manner. She anticipates needs, handles requests smoothly, and ensures everything runs seamlessly. Her presence alone elevates the entire guest experience.
