"What an amazing Villa, with breathtaking views of Rose! The Villa is well equipped, they have thought of everything you might need for the perfect stay. The host Juliane was really helpful and quick to respond to any queries or questions we had before and during our stay. The Villa is ideally located above the village of Rose which has a couple of lovely restaurants and a great water taxi service to Herceg Novi. A car is definitely worth having in order to explore the area, but if you just want to relax we found the Villa was the perfect setting to enjoy an evening in! "

"Great location and nice appartment with an amazing views of the Bay. Also a short walk to the beach and the local bus stop. Bit of a climb up hill to the apartment but if you dont fancy the exercise, the local cabs are very cheap. Christian and Julia are very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions."

"It was well used and in need of attention in some aspects. Particularly the outdoor dining area. The floor was filthy with spots of old food/chewing gum which did not clean off. One of the tables was rusty with peeling varnish. The whole area was infested with ants, a wasps nest and I saw 2 large rats one morning. There were weeds growing through broken chipped tiles which gave the overall appearance of neglect. The BBQ was known to to be broken but nothing put in its place for our stay, because it was a holiday. It was our holiday too and we paid a lot of money for it. A tiny free standing grill arrived on the Thursday to feed 10 people, we left on the Saturday. There were wobbly taps leaking shower hoses, a non flushing toilet, lights not working, and a bathroom door frame that just fell off. We will not be renting through this company again. We did not get value for our hard earned money. The caretaker was not taking care of this property. I could mention some other negatives but the list is already quite long. The pool was adequate."
