The property is in a beautiful location. The area Rose is a quiet fishing harbour with a few good Restuarant’s. Cars need to be parked to the edge of the village so it is car free zone. Staff are very kind and helpful… helping with bags etc. we did not eat in the Restuarant at the property but the food looked good. The pool and terrace areas are stunning. It is by far the best accommodation in the area. The only negative thing would be to people with mobility issues, due to the steepness of the steps. One absolutely amazing place to stay.

This property is very beautiful and has the most amazing view of the sea! The restaurants near the docks were delicious. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I am a solo traveler, so the kindness and hospitality were very appreciated. This location is off the water so you must use the ferry to travel to different parts of Montenegro, or be prepared for pricey taxis. The hotel is nestled into a mountain so there are a lot of stairs to climb (194 from top to bottom) in order to access the beaches, restaurants, and ferry. For people who have accessibility needs, this may not be the place for you.

The most beautiful hotel Ive ever stayed in! The view is beyond amazing.... just breathtaking. And above that I have to say the staff is great! Milica, Marko and Laki were perfect hosts. They explained everything well and made us feel welcome. Thank you for everything Agape!

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Noisy room. 1 room out of 2 was with a broken sink and some electric plug not stick to the wall. Really too expensive for the quality and service. Disapointed, I was expecting much better.

Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé 1 jour mais en dehors de ça globalement c'était propre. Petite odeur de "vieux bois" dans la chambre mais on s'y habitue. Le gros plus : Rose est une ville charmante et calme très agréable pour se reposer.

Hotellets läge var det som man minns bäst. Rose är en fantastiskt liten by med fantastisk omgivning. Hotellet var bra men med lite skavanker. Utsikten från rummet kunde varit bättre. Men ett bra hotell i fantastisk omgivning.

They gave us a room by the pool. We had to climb down several floors of steep stairs with all our luggage. The restaurant had very limited menu and charged a lot of money for lousy food. We had to go down several floors of steep stairs to go to the waterfront. Again there was not a lot of choice at the waterfront restaurants. Going back upto our room was hell with steep climb. Luckily when we checked out, the manager carried our heavy luggage up the steep stairway to our car. Even the upgraded room was very bad

Vue splendide mais hotel a finaliser

Hotel récent dans lequel il manque quemques details de confort : des panneaux indicateurs pour trouver l'hotel car maps vous envoie ailleurs, pas de tv alors que les prises sont là, une seume serviette pour deux, etc... Mais tout ceci est compensé par une vue splendide sur le magnifique vimlage de Rose.
