In fact, it is 50 meters from Forno, an intimate and quiet beach of golden sand, which overlooks the Gulf of Biodola. This gulf is certainly among the most beautiful on the island, it is made up of 3 beaches, Forno, but also Scaglieri at 400 meters and Biodola at 600. It is the ideal place that combines the environment, its nature, and its total respect.

The apartment has a dishwasher, outdoor shower, gas burners, electric oven, LCD TV with satellite system and private parking space.

The bathroom will be completely renovated: it will be built without a bidet, featuring a toilet with an integrated spray and a larger shower.

Posizione incantevole, manutenzione migliorabile

L'appartamento e’ in una posizione ideale, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Forno ed a 15 circa a piedi dalla meravigliosa Biodola. La casa e’ accogliente, ben accessoriata, il giardino bellino e comodo. Lo stato di manutenzione e’ carente, a cominciare dal cancelletto di ingresso con una rete decisamente triste e mal ancorata al legno, le persiane sono tutte difettose, il parquet a terra danneggiato in molti punti; in bagno il copriwater e’ del tutto instabile, lo specchio e’ al lato del lavandino e la luce degna di una cantina. Ho affittato molte case e mai mi era capitato di non trovare una goccia di detersivi e neanche una spugnetta. Con pochi accorgimenti in piu sarebbe comunque una casa da consigliare
