"We arrived on a Sunday evening, and discovered that the electric blind on the window was broken. After trying to fix it, with no success, we were moved to another room and upgraded. Much appreciated, the staff were responsive and did their best to make things right for two tired travellers. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Added advantage was being a block away from Rossio Square, where the Christmas market was in full swing. We would use this hotel when we come back to Lisbon, so convenient for everything."

The location couldn't be better - perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful in making dinner reservations for us at some fantastic local restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent. Overall, Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, attentive service, made it the perfect base for our Lisbon adventure. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
