Good apartments. Comfortable and with good location (not the best, but good enough). The only downside is that we had a 4th floor room, with no elevator, so I recommend you travel light. Would stay here again.

Kitchen well supplied. Office staff very helpful. There wasnt a separate bedroom, rather half wall separation. We liked the garden area. Hardly any storage for clothes etc. Needs some wall hooks, shelves & better sized closet for guests staying a few days. Very centrally located area for restaurants, groceries etc.

Fit for our stay

We liked our stay there, it´s well equipped and decorated appartment with all we needed in bathroom and kitchen (we didn´t cook). Location is just right to be still relatively quiet, but very close to the city center. Also communication with the host was seemless, just the indication of the accomodation location on the street could be a bit more obvious.

We loved the location of this property; lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing was the room felt very humid, even with the AC on. The sheets and such just felt damp due to the humidity.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, short walk to Ponte Luís I Bridge, Porto Cathedral, Livraria Lello, São Bento Station and Igreja do Carmo. Easy check in and check out process, very friendly staff. Room is very clean and new inside.

Everything was great, centrally located, clean and helpful friendly staff and a very nice roomy apartment. It would have been perfect if the front door to the building locked. We reported it twice and were told it was being fixed but it wasn’t during our 4 days. Apart from that I would definitely recommend for any stay in Porto.

The location of the apartment is great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Very few room amenities in that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, no skin cream and no coffee capsule refills each day. There was also construction going on at the apartment next door so sitting outside meant listening to drilling and hammering all day. But it was clean and it was nice to have a kitchen for breakasts in, and room to spread out.

Incredible unit in a very walkable part of town with everything we could have wanted. The space was beautiful, with a large and comfortable kitchen/ living area and full bath downstairs and two nice bedrooms upstairs (one ensuite). An amazing value and would stay again.

Cannot say enough good things about this property in Porto. Anabela was incredibly accommodating and the check in process was easy. There are a few different ways to get to the location (uber, taxi), but we got off at the nearby Bolhão metro station after taking the train in from Lisbon. It's a bit of a hike up the stairs with luggage so be ready but so is every accommodation in Portugal. The place was lovely with nice touches like body wash available, wifi, and good air conditioning. Sleep was easy and the area is super accessible and walkable. Would recommend to anyone.

Very clean, spacious and conveniently located property. Excellent manager on hand throughout the day to assist and sort out any issues. English news channels on the TV - Sky News and BBC. Garden area at rear of the property where you can relax and have a drink. Would recommend.

The rooms are clean and nice. All furniture looks pretty good and has a decently equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable; though, the pillows aren’t. It is not particularly noisy; but you can hear everything from the rooms above or below.

Good stay.

Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. Great location for transportation, shopping and restaurants. A short walk from Bolhao metro station. Overall a very nice stay.

Nice Hotel

The Hotel was nice and comfortable. I had a bad flu and the room had very little heat and upstairs noise from people above did not help at nights. I would have moved if my friends were not staying there.
