In Porto Azzurro, Elba Island, we rent all year round (and also for short periods) 4-room apartment in an excellent position with sea view. The apartment, just renovated, is located on the seafront of the historic center, right in front of the 3 characteristic restaurants on the sea; it consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and a small wardrobe, large living room with two windows and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and an attic with window equipped with a single bed. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hot / cold air conditioning. The apartment overlooks the promenade on one side, then the port and the Gulf of Mola and on the other on the very popular Via D'Alarcon, which connects Viale Italia to Piazza Matteotti, where there are many typical shops, restaurants, bars and the church of the country. From October to May the cost varies from 50 to 90 euros per day (depending on the period) including utilities. From June to September, however, we prefer to rent by the week and the price varies from 500 to 800 euros per week. Bed linen and towels are not provided but are provided on request.

Lovely apartment, very central for restaurants & bars. Clean and well equipped.

Lovely apartment- very clean,well equipped and very central for restaurants and bars and the beach. Pietro met us and showed us to the apartment and took time to show us the car parking options. We were able to park for free near the apartment which was a big plus. Pietro and Laura were the perfect hosts, very friendly and easy to communicate with. we enjoyed a drink with them when we arrived and they gave us very useful information on the area. Would definitely recommend this place. We stayed for 5 days in June but plan to return. Thank you Laura and Pietro for a lovely break. Chris & Joanna

Non c'è molto da dire, quando ci si trova bene dall'inizio alla fine. Grazie sig.ra Laura. Casa di fronte al mare, con vista sul porticciolo. Scendi le scale e a destra ti trovi nella via principale pedonale, a sinistra attraversando la strada, la spiaggia (con ombrelloni gratis) e il mare. Casa grande e arredata di tutto. Unica pecca: 14 giorni sono pochi!!

Vacanza in famiglia

Proprio al centro, vista mare e porto e direttamente sopra negozi e ristoranti. Comodissimo, si può non prendere mai la macchina. Il paese è una vera meraviglia, suggestivo e adatto a chi ha bambini che la sera desiderano correre e giocare nella piazzetta dopo il gelato. Il mare non lo commento perché è scontato, l'acqua è cristallina. Abbiamo fatto tantissime immersioni e i bambini sono rimasti estasiati dalla quantità di pesci che hanno visto.

L’appartamento è forse più bello dal vivo che in foto: è spazioso, luminoso e si trova in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dal mare e dal centro della città. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema durante il check in e il check out. Consigliatissimo

Bell'appartamento a Porto Azzurro

La descrizione, le foto e le recensioni ci hanno guidato nella scelta di questo appartamento, che si è rivelato corrispondente alle aspettative. E' spazioso, ben arredato e molto luminoso, vicinissimo a tutto quello che può servire, supermercato, negozi, bar, ristoranti ecc. (suggerimento alla signora Laura, sarebbe perfetto con l'aggiunta di un microonde ..) Panorama davvero impagabile, il mare è praticamente sotto alle finestre del soggiorno con il porto ed una spiaggetta molto comoda; l'unico piccolo problema è stato il parcheggio, noi ci spostavamo con l'auto quasi ogni giorno per visitare l'isola ed al ritorno non era sempre facile trovare posto in zona libera. Siamo molto soddisfatti della scelta, è stata una bellissima vacanza e se dovessimo tornare all'Elba sceglieremmo nuovamente Porto Azzurro e questo appartamento in particolare.

Appartamento perfetto!!

Inizierei con la splendida vista sul mare: al mattino non c'è niente di meglio al mondo che svegliarsi con questo panorama che si può godere dalle 2 finestre dell'ampio soggiorno. Soggiorno/cucina, appunto, molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort: lavastoviglie, congelatore, tv, divano e tavolo allungabile (in foto si vede nella versione "dimezzata"). Camera matrimoniale molto grande con armadio a muro a 8 ante. La camera con 2 letti singoli un po' più piccola ma noi eravamo 2 coppie di adulti non proprio mingherlini e siamo stati comodissimi. Entrambe le camere e il salotto dotate di condizionatori. Nella zona anti-bagno c'è una comoda e nuova lavatrice. Il bagno fa il suo lavoro!! La proprietaria gentilissima, disponibilissima e flessibile per la consegna/riconsegna della casa; attenta ad ogni esigenza, infatti durante la consegna della casa ci ha fornito una lista di "numeri utili" (idraulico, elettricista, gas ecc..) in caso di bisogno, ma non utilizzati poiché si vede che la casa, pur essendo in pieno centro, è stata ristrutturata completamente di recente. Infine la posizione: la ciliegina sulla torta!! Vicinissima a spiagge, supermercato, parcheggio e in piano centro....quindi tutto a portata di mano. Essendo in pieno centro, le scale sono abbastanza ripide, ma sfido a trovare case in centro con scale da villa in campagna. Mica si può avere tutto dalla vita!! Giudizio finale: OTTIMO +!! Come anticipato alla signora Laura, sicuramente il prossimo anno faremo il bis!!

appartamento favoloso, ottima posizione. perfetto per una vacanza senza auto. tutto a portata di mano. la casa è attrezzatissima, dotata di ogni confort (lavastoviglie,lavatrice,condizionatori) è i padroni di casa sono gentilissimi!! unica pecca , essendo una casa esternamente antica, ha delle scale ripide per accedervi

Bella vacanza!

Appartamento confortevole, arioso, pulito e ben attrezzato. Affaccia sia sul centro storico, dal quale si accede, sia sul lungomare. Situato vicino a locali, negozi, supermercato Coop e mercato settimanale. Anche se non è possibile parcheggiare sotto casa, sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti ampie zone di parcheggio non a pagamento. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

"Appartamento molto confortevole e ben accessoriato, in pieno centro, a pochi metri di distanza dal mare e da negozi e ristoranti (anche la Coop è raggiungibile a piedi in un paio di minuti). Dal salotto si può godere di una bellissima vista panoramica sul mare. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Speriamo di avere l''occasione di tornarvi presto! Very comfortable and well accessoriated apartment, right in the center of Porto Azzurro and few metres far from the sea, shops and restaurants. From the livingroom is possible to enjoy a beautyful panoramic view of the seaside. The owner is very kind and helpful. We hope to return there soon!"
