"This place has NO AC!!! Their AC condenser unit has been out for likely months, the hotel management knows about it, but they proceed to book rooms at full rates and not tell customers. Then when customers complain the staff acts dumb like they didn’t know anything. The staff finally admitted to me that a condenser unit has been on order from Japan, and this is a widespread issue with many rooms. Come to Aloft if you want to pay full price with NO AC!!"
