"Washroom was not properly cleaned has t clean the shower before going in"

"Very nice and kind polite staff. Rooms were really nice in the Mid Tower. The tub was so wide and large, it was a soker tub and stand up shower in one. Beds at the Hilton are the most comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay here at The Oakes Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the view of the falls from the premium falls room was amazing!! We did wish that breakfast would have been provided, and we thought the $50 daily parking fee at the hotel was rather high for paying guests. "

"It was nice experience we got a new room with falls view. But I had to pay extra to upgrade my room. I already bought a falls view room, but it seems that view had some interruptions as advised by check-in lady. I just think that this kind of hotels anticipate some additional charges for upgrade always. so keep that in mind, but you don’t need to upgrade if you don’t have to. They charge me $70 for an upgrade. But the room was having a nice big window with all view for all the falls including the rainbow bridge."
