"Staff were gracious and made our stay enjoyable"

"The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality."

"Loved the saunas. I'm a morning person, it would have been nice to have the pool and hot tub open earlier than 9. 6 or 7 would have been great. Really enjoyed my time there. Will be back."

"Lots of old world charm. Very helpful staff!"

"Time for major renovations….basics were there…bathroom was clean , water was hot…but no drinking glasses, Kleenex, no chair or table in the room. Did have coffee and tea available in the lobby. Our room key was in an envelope on the desk…no one around! Front door open all night."

"Great room. Breakfast not so good. Noisy neighbors."

"Staff was exceptionally friendly."

"All is good its just that the bowling is not always open"

"Nice..clean room"

"If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Rooms are dirty and in need of updating. Floors including the shower are all soft and the place smells bad. The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid..."

"Clean room, staff are helpful and respectful, good airconfitioning, comfortable bed and clean beddings and towels"
