"Stayed here many many times when working in the area and always find it clean and comfortable. Unfortunately on this occasion I was disappointed in room (207) as the window would not close and the room faces onto the busy main road which is very noisy. Also the TV was broken so had no choice but to listen to the boy racers and motorbikes outside instead. Just unlucky it was the last double room available. However that said I'm sure the issues will be rectified by the wonderful staff at Ponty BW. Terry."

"We arrived and were booked in promptly. Room was lovely and clean. There was a window slightly open which was welcome and a fan that worked as well.. A little concerned at first as we could see work being carried out on the road just below our bedroom window but thankfully they didn’t do any so it was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Beds clean and comfortable. It’s an old building and dated as to be expected. Impressed with the chandeliers Would stay again. Very reasonable price."
