"To many people all over on the property"

"Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do."

"The staff was the only thing that made this stay bearable. My room had pot and cigarette smell coming up from the bathroom floor every morning and sometimes during the day. When I checked in, the air conditioner was giving off a bad smell and they transferred my room immediately. When I checked in, they gave me my choice of room. The hotel was conviently located near 696 and Dequinder (a throughfair)"

"Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere."

"For the price you can't beat this recently remodeled Red Roof. Great location close to M-59. Very quite night and day. Pet friendly and the grounds are cleaner than most expensive hotels. Staff is absolutely amazing."

"There was a very harsh ammonia/urine smell in our room. We asked to move and were told there were no other rooms. Booked a 2 bed and were given 1 bed. The remote control was chewed and had corroded batteries in it. Stains on sheets and towels. Floor was dirty and sticky."

"Coffee tasted 2 days old, dirty doors on the hallway, hair dryer didn’t work, poor lighting in bathroom"

"It was really dirty, loud people screaming and chasing each other outside. Women screaming on her phone. Room wasn’t clean. Loud noises in the early morning construction happening on the 2nd floor where I stayed. The debris and smoke from the equipment the guy was working on and even kids coughing and staff eyes hurting. Horrible experience."
