"The Window in the room didn’t close at night leaving a lot of traffic noise"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Milan Cathedral and close to Messori Metro Station, with San Babila Metro Station (Blue Line) also within walking distance, offering a direct connection to Linate Airport. The area is quiet and feels safe. Breakfast offered a good spread with plenty of choice, and the hotel also has a good on-site restaurant. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the daily complimentary snacks, bottled water, and canned soda, as well as the in-room facilities for making coffee and other hot drinks. Overall, highly recommended."

"4 nites, no Italiano, made easy‼️ Each person at the front desk helped w/every where, how, when + who question. Mattress: excellent and bathroom too. Location is great thx to tram line and easy walking in city centre. Best espresso and dining at SUREAL SRL, Corso di Porta Vitoria 47"

"Terrible hotel, very dirty room AC not working as hotel does not connect the AC until mid April, room was extremely hot and even with the windows open it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Bed sheets had blood stain on them and bathroom had flies. Don’t recommend this hotel. "

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "
