"This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us. The room was fantastic, clean with lots of space and plenty of amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was incredible as well. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely stay here again!...

"Stayed in the room with bunk beds (Torre Ardinghelli)- Had the squeakiest door ever. Also the bathroom door got stuck on the floor every time it opened and shut. The bunk beds were this squeaky metal thing that probably should only be used by under 10 year olds. Think creaky old camp bunks. Out of soap/shampoo in the shower when we checked in and it took about 25 min to find more. Charge for water (of course) and seemingly no where to fill water bottles in a free way. Strange 2nd level...

"Unforgettable experience! Gorgeous scenery, we spent so much time just relaxing by the stunning pool and taking advantage of the poolside bar. The best hotel breakfast we had in Italy, included daily. The staff were so helpful and kind. They truly go the extra mile. My only minor critique is that the air conditioning was weaker than expected but we were also there during a heat wave! Staff helped remedy the situation with a fan- thank you! We will be back!"

"Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. "Our stay here exceeded expectations. Accommodations in the main building were rustic but very well maintained, and with modern amenities. It had a “small resort feel” to it. We did not visit the other buildings but safe to assume the same. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged cooking classes, wine tours and helped us organize a local horseback trail ride. The main pool can get busy. Certainly not a complaint - if you’re looking to be social with others I recommend it, but if...

"Excellent location in Pontedera. Only a five minutes walk to the city centre, the railway station, and the autobus terminal. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. There was a wide range of food choices for breakfast with hot and cold drinks readily available. The front desk was not manned at all times; but guests are provided with a key to open the entrance doors if they are locked at night."
