"Hotel check in is sort of late - 5pm, but they will store your bags for you while you go out and explore. Concierge/bell man Chad was super friendly and helpful. "This has been on my bucket list for years and it did not disappoint. We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely property and beautiful city. "
