"We had a very nice time at the Claremont Hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Considering it is an old building, with very steep stairs and steps, we found it manageable to get around. The staff are lovely, the breakfaat was great, car parking across the road, what more could you ask for."

"This really is the waterside property it’s claimed to be with fabulous views of the harbour. It’s an ideal base for walking some of the coastal path which is stunning. It was clean and had everything we needed. Polperro is very quaint and it was very relaxing just sitting on the various benches around the water watching the world go by. You do have to plan ahead a bit around food, particularly if you like to cook rather than eat out as there is limited shopping in Polperro and when you buy elsewhere you need to remember you have to carry it from the car park to the property. Although we didn’t do it, we did see several Tesco deliveries. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday."

"I think that this may have been the first time that the caravan was used this year, both TVs were playing up. The maintenance guy was there within two minutes and solved the problem. The caravan was very clean and ready for occupation. All the staff, without exception were friendly and helpful. We were unfortunate with the weather, very cold winds from the north, but the heating system coped well. The only adverse comment I could make is about the current trend of the use of QR codes. All park info was accessed by QR codes. I'm in my 80's and don't do QR codes. The problem is that you have to know about something in order to ask. For example, I knew the restaurant would have a menu, I asked for a paper copy and was given one. The only thing I didn't like was you had to pay for wifi in your caravan and at £5 per day I thought that was something I could do without."

"Fantastic cottage quality furnishings and everything you need. 12 steps from the pub. If the weather turns just light the fire and gaze out at the harbour. The cream tea and a pint of milk on arrival is a very nice touch. The owners have done an amazing job on this cottage. Can’t wait to revisit next year. "
