Surrounded by lush Mediterranean flora, Villa Can Moragues shines in its contrasting natural tones in an extremely charming way and offers the newcomer an inviting welcome. The outdoor area presents pretty little paths, areas, steps and stone walls alongside lush lawns and flowerbeds. A romantic pergola, lined on the left and right by columns and a low wall, leads to the main entrance of the house. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the 32 m², slightly elevated swimming pool, which is tiled with decorative blue mosaic stones and is easily accessible via a wide staircase. You can relax and unwind to your heart's content on a total of five comfortable pool loungers under the deep blue Mediterranean sky. A covered terrace, which can be reached via a few steps, offers the opportunity to linger in the breezy shade while enjoying the marvellous view of Pollença on a slightly lower level. Depending on the time of day, you will also find wonderful natural shade by the pool. Closer to the house you reach the versatile terrace, which is half open and half covered. In the latter part there is a kind of outdoor living room with a cosy seating area with polyrattan furniture on one side and a solid dining table right next to it for communal meals. The nearby walled barbecue and outdoor water supply allow you to prepare and cook meals outdoors if you wish. The natural stone wall in combination with the beautiful tiles and the wooden beamed ceiling in this area create a particularly cosy ambience. Outdoors, the terrace offers a place to sunbathe and even has a table tennis table. This gives sports enthusiasts the opportunity to get active.







Inside the villa, visitors are presented with a large, open-plan living/dining room with adjoining kitchen, loosely separated by a bar. A cosy couch corner invites you to linger. Here you can comfortably read a good book or watch a film, as the TV is also conveniently positioned here. The dining table right next to it is ideal for cosy indoor dining. There is no need for long journeys as the kitchen is right next door. Here you will find all the modern facilities you need for everyday use, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. There is even space for an additional small dining table.



Another fairly spacious communal room with seating offers the opportunity to retreat in between and find a private spot, even when travelling with a larger group. Accompanying children will certainly enjoy playing here. Four cosily furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms provide a wonderful setting for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are cosy and functional. An iron and hairdryer are also available in the house, so you don't need to bring them with you.



The attractive location of this villa may be rural, but the sea is only a few minutes away by car. The sandy beaches around Port Pollença are excellent and have a shallow entrance into the water. Port de Pollença offers a beautiful promenade along the beach and harbour with shops, bars and restaurants. If you want to spend the evening somewhere other than the beautiful villa, this is an absolutely worthwhile alternative.



Villa Can Moragues is situated in a marvellous hillside location on the outskirts of Pollença. It is situated on a lush, green estate and has been furnished with great attention to detail. Port de Pollença is 9 kilometres away. This small coastal town is characterised by its beautiful promenade, which invites you to stroll and visit the numerous cafés. The sandy beaches can be reached in no time from the holiday home.
