Good location and generally very nice. Two things, one of was that seating in living area could be more comfortable and that we had a small problem with moths.
A problem for some visitors would be that the bathroom was en-suite which is rather awkward if two couples staying.

We loved the entire experience. Pollenca is a town filled with charm and kind people (who take great pride in their city). Our hostess Maria, was helpful and gracious. The lovely 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of room, excellent kitchen, comfortable beds and bedrooms, very good a/c (much needed). Perfect. Loved it. Safe, quiet neighborhood.

Bien équipé, bonne literie, appartement très confortable.
Propriétaires très sympathiques et à l’écoute, Maria nous a gentiment fait les courses pour notre arrivée le 25 décembre au soir.
Seul bémol l’absence de parking… difficile de trouver une place dans les environs même hors saison…

Pleasant stay in a quiet town - close to excellent hiking
A compact but well presented apartment in the old town and giving an authentic feel to this part of the island. Car parking 300m distant caused no problems. Two comfortable bedrooms - exceptionally clean. Slight problem with noise from bakery but nothing to spoil our enjoyment. Maria went out of her way to assist in every way she could which was greatly appreciated. Would return.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit Maria klappte zu jeder Zeit perfekt.

Maria’s ground floor apartment in Pollenca is comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and wifi. It is situated in a quiet street near the north-eastern edge of town, within easy walking of the centre of town. Parking in the street was not always possible, but that didn’t matter because there is a parking area 300 m walk away.
Maria was very friendly and helpful, when we did have a problem she sorted it quickly. We are light sleepers, and the apartment backs onto a bakery which starts baking in the early hours of the morning, but this did not cause us a problem because we moved into the front bedroom. There is an inner patio which is open to the sky, but normally with a cover for shade and privacy
A bonus for us was that the apartment is very close to our favourite restaurant, El Celler de Moli, which does an excellent lunchtime ‘menu del dia’ at a reasonable price. Their chef is brilliant, blending wonderful tastes in true Majorcan dishes – in fact, many of their customers are locals.
We much preferred to stay in this apartment in a residential area rather than a "touristy" apartment or hotel. Thank you Maria.
Maria was a great host who met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment.Very clean and modern just as described. Fantastic location on the edge of town but less than 10 minute walk in to the centre. Easy to park the car either in the street( avoid the yellow lines ) or in a free car park about 5 minutes walk.. Great local restaurant less than 5 minutes Celler Es Moli . Lunch time deal 3 courses wine , water and bread for 13.5 Euro’s ! Also good in the evening.
Pollença is stunning especially at dawn ( I enjoyed an early morning run most days)or in the early evening as the sun goes down. Easy to get to the coast Formentor beach is wonderful( just make sure you get there by 10.30 / 11.00 am to bag a space in the car park and beach). Visit to Palma is a must, wonderful city lots to see lovely cathedral and historic maze of streets. ( Suggest you park free at Festival Park junction 8 Ma 13 and then take 15 mins train in to the centre) Thanks you Maria for a great visit
Superb location close to all the amenities Pollenca has to offer. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room provided a nice space to relax in.
Fully furnished, nicely decorated.
Remains cool during the summer, we didn't need to use AC.

es liegt wirklich zentral
Zunächst das Positive : Die Wohnung ist modern, hell und sehr zentral. Es fehlt auch in der Küche nichts, die Betten sind gut und die Vermieterin hat ein Händchen für zurückhaltende schöne Deko. Ein Parkplatz ist fussläufig. Das Bad ist für mobile Rollifahrer dank Haltegriffen gut nutzbar. Zu Fuss ist man in höchstens 5 min am großen Platz.
Das Negative: Das inserierte Haus ist tatsächlich eine Erdgeschosswohnung, man hört den oben Wohnenden schon deutlich. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist eine Bäckerei, Wand an Wand, die hört man ebenfalls deutlich und das ab 4.00 Uhr. In das Haus führen zwei niedrige Stufen, das muss ein Rollstuhlfahrer wissen, denn ohne Hilfe geht hier nichts .

Schlecht ist, dass die Entlüftung des Bades über das Schlafzimmer läuft, riecht dort deshalb etwas muffig.

Well appointed and equipped, very comfortable, very clean, close to the centre but quiet
Maria met us and was helpful despite the language barrier! Pollenca is a lovely town with many good restaurants, particularly away from the main square - just hunt and you will find them. The closeness to Port Pollenca and it’s lovely beach is a plus for sun worshippers .
It was always good to know a lovely appartment was there at the end of the day!

Trevlig vistelse i mysig liten stad
Pollenca är en trevlig liten stad med ganska många sevärdheter, såsom vackra små gågator, torg och historiska byggnader. Tyvärr är luftmiljön
lite dålig när trafikintensiteten är hög på de trånga gatorna.
Boendet var mycket bra, men tyvärr lite bullrigt nattetid och tidiga morgnar. Detta berodde troligen på ett angränsande bageri.
