"we requested for airport pick up, it was easy to set it up, upon entrance area feels super safe, clean and the front entrance is just wow, its dense with full of flowers, trees with nice outdoor seating if you love that. "The main thing that makes this hotel excellent is by far the absolutely amazing staff. We cannot say enough great things about these really great people. Hotel manager, Sanjog, was so helpful and polite and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Waiter, Kashang, is a wonderful young...

"A great option close to the Lakeside action. Our rate included breakfast, which was delicious. Kind staff and very clean rooms. Affordable and a good value. The spa connected with the hotel is great two; I had two massages that were great."

"Staff was very helpful and excellent service. Good location from Lakeside"

"VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE STAFF: rooms 512 and 514 below pool were noisy during day. dust mites or other insect caused bites so moved to 4th floor room and no further problems. management assured me old room would be thoroghly cleaned. very nice breakfast included. menu reasonably priced. staff friendly and helpful. travel package servuces reasonably priced and very helpful. cleaning crew abundant and helpful."

"Room was ok, airco failure was fixed, elevator was broke, but the worst was the breakfast. No buffet, coffee after 20 minutes and then few pasteries with marmelade and a not so tasty omelet. Looks like the place has had better times, this was really not good enough for this money. Job to do management!"

"I have been to Nepal 12 times and these were some of the nicest staff I have ever run into. The place is great and pool was wonderfully relaxing. The restaurant was excellent. No downside and I will definitely stay again."
