Loved Temple Tree. Such lovely and helpful staff. Property was very pretty—nice pool and even a hot jacuzzi. Rooms were great, breakfast spread very nice. Well located right next to the lake and an easy walk into the heart of “downtown.” Really enjoyed our stay there.
Beautiful garden. Away from traffic. Excellent food and attentive service.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Nice resort within walking distance to the lakeside. However, room had some faults such as shower didn’t work properly & leaked into bedroom. Also tv did not have full smart tv functions.
Breakfast was good but think property is overpriced..
Perfect way to unwind after trekking. Free fruit platter. Staff was always attentive. Suggest more reasonable prices / packages for laundry especially given that lots of trekkers will be interested in using it. But if you do stay know many laundry services will wash and fold for 200 rupees per kilo.
Incredible and fantastic resort. The best I’ve stayed at so far. And I’ve stayed at Marriott, Aloft and other 5 star hotels in Nepal, this is the best experience by far.
The details they put into this hotel is really top notch.
The place is beautifully maintained daily, the grass are always free of leafs and branches, the gardening job is done perfectly, and they do this everyday.
The housekeeping team is like magic, the second you left for lunch and come back, boom the room is made and it’s perfectly clean.
The service are the most incredible, I was sick for days and they gave me thermometer, electrolytes, ginger lemon honey tea, make outside of the menu soup for me and get it delivered to my room, they called the doctor for consultation, and even gave me a free ride to the hospital. And then everyone is asking “how are you, are you feeling better”. It’s really incredible, made me feel like home and truly cared for above and beyond.
Even the driver they have is amazing the car is clean, snd the way he drive is extra gentle and careful make you feel safe. You know they put in all that extra effort to add to the experience.
Staff incredibly helpful however the property requires a complete refurbishment as the rug in bedroom is dirty, TV did not work constantly albeit outside of the power cuts. Toilet flushing had issues.
Wonderful experience.staff very welcoming.amazingly clean and organised.breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were variety of food and drinks.
Thank you to the Temple tree resort. We'll definitely be back soon.
Rooms are extremely basic and look dated. Common areas are better but overall you pay the price of a four star hotel for what looks like a 2 star hotel. Breakfast is generous but the overall quality disappointing.
Stayed here before and after doing the ABC Base Camp trek. After a maintenance issue with our room on check in, they offered us an upgrade to a suite for my husband, myself and our son. A very nice touch. They also gave us the same room on our return. Beautiful views of the Annapurna Range. Hotel has beautiful gardens and terrace. Staff are so friendly and waists remember you. Good at engaging with our 12 year old son.
Close to shops and you can easily walk into town and lake. Food was ok, not quite as great as I would hope. But, the service easily makes up for this. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel itself is a calm, peaceful oasis. B
My Mum and I had a beautiful time at the temple tree resort and Spa - We enjoyed our time a lot - specially as we just got back from a long mountain tour. The staff was super friendly - the gym was good & location is super. the pool is a little weird and i didnt use it but I would stay here again. my mum also enjoyed the stay a lot
Quite properly so rounded by views of the mountains, friendly stuff and very clean.
We experienced worm welcome, fresh worm towels and refreshments at the arrival and cookies and fresh fruit in the room.
Everything except the WiFi connection was amazing. It is more expensive than Kathmandu, but the hotel is its own oasis in Pokhara. The staff was exceptionally good with my 16-year old son, who came to the hotel sick. They helped in every way. Fewa Lake is just a minute away, where you can rent boats. And we had a beautiful view of the Himalayas from our room.
Great hotel, with great service at a great location. No complaints, best deal for your buck and I will happily go back. Wish all destinations had hotels like Temple Tree.
