"ممتاز جدا جدا ومريح الفطور بسيط لكن مشبع"

"The stay was terrible, the room has light and broken light on top blinking all night unable to sleep. The other main issues is the parking situation no free parking at all plus after you park at the hotel, you are not aloud to leave the hotel if you left will be charge 45 dollar to return to the parking, basic you are ground to the hotel to spend more and not eat out. The breakfast is terrible, the fruit is old not fresh taste bad, the orange juice is added water, the worse continental I ever...

"Excellent hotel."

"Only issue I had was had to request towels. Towels where not brought daily."

"I stayed at the hotel for two nights, from October 1 to October 2, 2026. During my stay, the hotel collected a security deposit and informed me that USD 214.99 would be refunded. However, on October 17, 2026, I received only SAR 303, equivalent to approximately USD 80.80. To date, I have not received the remaining amount, approximately USD 134.19. I would appreciate clarification regarding this discrepancy and request that the hotel review my account and refund the outstanding balance as soon as...

"Nice hotel, well located. Breakfast was good and shuttle service appreciated."

"Old fashioned room. Poor restaurants"

The outdoor patio/common area is designed to accommodate large gatherings. The pool is cozy, smaller than the average hotel pool, given the space. Our room was unique... skateboard truck coat hanger, bottle openers for drawer handles, unique poster in the bedroom and bathroom. The room bathtub was the selling...

"The guy working the front counter (Hassan) was super friendly and gave us a bunch of recommendations on what to do in the area, where to park and where to eat. Parking at the hotel was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again."

"The staff was helpful and friendly upon check in. The hotel was pretty with all the artwork and luxury details. My kids thought it was very fancy and loved the lion statues at the entrance. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. The restaurant smelt amazing when we entered the but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. The snack shop was convenient. I would definitely stay there again."
