"Comparatively affordable, peaceful and comfortable smaller resort on Grace Bay Beach. Mature gardens, nice pool areas, restaurant and bar (happy hour was great), all rooms have washer and dryer. We had a king studio in building 8 (farthest from beach) which was just fine for us. Staff was courteous and were happy to help. Walkable to restaurants and downtown Grace Bay Area (15-30 min) which was great- we didn’t want to drive. We walked both ways on the beach to other restaurants etc. this resort was about as far east as we’d recommend to remain in the central area."

"Beautiful and quiet beach. The food and drinks were excellent and delicious. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the sister hotel that was closer to shopping and other restaurants. Note that all taxis are cash only. It's $20 from the airport for each person. Our room was great; we had a few minor electrical problems, but we adjusted. "

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite and were amazed by the beautiful configuration of the room, its size, and breathtaking water views. From check-in to checkout the service/staff was wonderful. What a wonderful find! The snorkeling around the reef was amazing and the beach itself was just perfect. Every amenity that we could have wanted was available. The Resort itself was also more magnificent than we had expected. Our stay was a ten (10) and we will definitely be returning!!"

"Hurry up and book this place before someone else gets to! We had 5 adults and one baby, plenty of room for even more! This house is on the beach in a very private area, neighborhood. The owners Brian & Lynn were great with communication. We opted to rent a van during our stay, so well worth it. North Caicos is a bit remote so having your own car/van is very helpful. The house is very clean, air conditioning in all the rooms (new style high wall mount w/remote) and ceiling fans in every room. The property is like a little compound and is just perfect for a getaway! The property manager Mac is just fantastic, whatever you may want/need he can help. If you want amazing coffee head up the road just 3 minutes to Clifford’s Coffee inside of the Pelllican hotel and Barracuda Beach bar. You can also take a 30minute drive to Mudjin Harbor and have lunch with a breath taking view, legit amazing location and you can chill on the beach there too! If you want a little more action you can take the ferry that you took to get to North Caicos back to Provo and maybe go on the wave runners at Carribeqn Crusin. But as for this house, it was great. Modern kitchen with everything needed to cook, just make sure you tell your driver/taxi in Provo to stop at the IGA so you can get all the supplies you need to take over with you.
