"The Beaches resort is an extremely efficient and well run place. Everybody is very helpful and friendly. We felt the place was made for families with kids. There's definitely a lot of free activities for the money you pay. Food was excellent and was one of the highlights for sure. Loved everything we tried. We enjoyed our time there.. Just couple of small issues, like our balcony door wouldn't lock, fan would run on only one speed regardless of the position it was set to and the room looked very dated (in the French village where we stayed). Staff tried to fix them but either they weren't available or we weren't available. There was also a restaurant scheduling issue with Kimonos which was disappointing since we waited till 8 pm with our kids who were pretty hungry by then. But overall we had a very positive experience and we would go back anytime. Tips for first timers would be to spend the extra money and book at the treasure beach village which is the newest addition to their portfolio. Also confirm and make sure with the restaurant separately that the booking made by the front desk was actually put in."
"My wife and I had the best experience when we visited Blue Haven this week. The only thing we would've changed was staying longer!
The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everyone was eager to accommodate every need or want while we were there. They even went over and above by providing a birthday cake for my 50th!
The food on resort was phenomenal. From the breakfast buffet and omlete bar at Fire and Ice to the overall dining experience at Salt restaurant. Couldn't have asked for any better.
You can be certain we will be going back soon!"
"This resort always amazes me. This is the second time staying here, four years apart. The staff are amazing, they are constantly working and cleaning the pools and outdoor restrooms. The food is always great at the pelican. It’s never too crowded. The only downfall we noticed was the quiet pool area. No one really was ever in it. I have an 11 year old and we wished she could have used the hot tub-it was adults only as well."

"Our family has a tradition of going on a family vacation every two years and so we now have experience with lots of different rentals. I have to say Grace on the Bay was our all time favorite! The villa was gorgeous as was the beach and grounds. It was a perfect fit for our family of 13. The icing on the cake though had to be the extraordinary service provided by our hostess Regina who saw to our every need. She helped us procure fresh fish for dinner one night, made our dinner reservations and made sure all our travel connections ran smoothly and one time. There are a lot of logistics involved with such a large party traveling together but it proved seamless and timely. She even made us a loaf of banana bread for my birthday. It was beyond anything we have ever experienced before. Truly, this property deserves even more than five stars if that were possible!"
