"The room was lovely but no cleaner on our second day to empty bins or replenish teas and coffees etc. went out and bought my own. The restaurant staff were brilliant so efficient. The breakfast was good with enough choice for everyone. The only other problem was the room was on top floor which was not easy for my husband at 77 with a heart condition, apart from that we had a good stay "

"The Breakfast menu was expansive and fresh, dining was quick, fresh, well presented and good value. Parking was easy as plenty of spaces and two carparks. The saff were friendly and very accommodating. There was a clean and adequate swimming pool, jacuzzi an well equipped gym."

"After vacationing in Scotland for 2 weeks and staying in multiple places, this was by far one of our favorites. Clean, safe, with great hospitality by the owner. Breakfast was great as well. It’s a fantastic house and is well maintained in a great location. I had researched this house before our trip, but booked it last minute based on our location at the time in Scotland. "Fonab was ok,nothing special lights in bathroom were very poor,bedside lights weren't great i couldn't read my book with them,breakfast was mediocre definitely not as nice nor the quality compare to the last owners not good value for the money you pay."

"Bedroom was excellent, where the hotel falls down was the lounge area which lacked atmosphere and although you could purchase drinks, there was no bar…. and you were unable to see the staff pour. Tables and chairs very tightly packed together and not the most relaxing. Breakfast had a great choice of food but again tables very close together not much room to move between them. Staff were very friendly and pleasant."
