Rustic Pinetop Chalet

Our family group was there to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. The size of the house was perfect for our numbers. The layout worked well, providing space for the energetic young boys and conversation areas for the adults both indoors and out, and spacious room for our game-playing family activities. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and feed our large group and clean up after them. There was an ample number of bath towels and bathing supplies. Overall our stay was much as we expected and enjoyed by all our family.

Our family stayed tge weekend and enjoyed this beautiful cabin. The weekend we went ,there was tons of snow and it was really cold. So, we want to come back in the summer to enjoy the decks, and outdoor amenities that they have.

Beautiful home with Amazing Deck

So we use vacation rentals quite a bit in the Showlow and Pinetop Lakeside area. This by far is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. We hosted multigenerational family get together with a party at 10 that included adults and children. The property was amazing all around. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and playing games as a family. Outdoor fire pit and play area was great for the kids. And you’re right in the heart of Pine top. Communication with the property host was exceptional all the way from the booking process to the checkout process. In the home was equipped with anything you would need or hope for.

This cabin was clean. The decor was fun theme. The kitchen was well equipped. A lot of television throughout the cabin. The enough bedrooms for a large family. Good patio for eating and relaxing. Beautiful views. Our family enjoyed our stayed there.

excellent Home to stay for a vacation.

I went with family and friends, kids aged 7+ and adults, we all loved the house, interior design and the antique pieces (wildlife look alike) for home decor and wood beds, ping pong table, we had a memorable trip one of the reasons is this house. Thanks, Alex, for the prompt responses.

30th Birthday!!

Chose this beautiful cabin for my family and friends to spend my 30th birthday with me. It exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and exactly what was shown on the reservation. Great Mother’s Day getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Loved the home and the check in process! The only downfall was that there needed to be more organization in regards to pots pans Tupperware and the pantry! But we loved that there were plenty of plates cups and utensils that were well organized with a fully stocked up spice cabinet. We can't say enough about Alex and this property! We booked to stay for our wedding week, and it was more than we expected! Perfect for all ages. Has safety features for kids. We were able to visit with family and friends with blissful forrest views. House is very stocked and accomadating. Our dog got out while we were gone and Alex notified us. Very thankful! Extended weekend getaway

From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable. The house is huge, great for multiple families and has every amenity you could ask for. The host was spectacular and very accommodating. Every question we had was answered immediately. Lots of games/entertainment for kids as well as adults and both decks are very spacious. We will definitely be back in the future and I would highly recommend staying here if your planning a trip near Pinetop.

Fabulous Mountain Retreat

Beautiful spot in the mountains. Great area for taking long walks. House was perfect for our large group of friends. Outdoor decks is where we spent most of our time. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and kept us up to date regarding check in and check out. Great house for large group

This house was perfect for a large group with an upstairs and downstairs entertainment area. The younger adults enjoyed the downstairs area with a small kitchen, ping pong table, and access the the beautiful deck. The upstairs area was perfect with a large kitchen and tv for watching football. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and it was great for gathering everyone in one space for dinner. The view was amazing from the deck and the owners were very helpful and responsive when needed. We would definitely rent this house again.

Rustic Pinetop Chalet - Perfect Thanksgiving Cabin

This cabin was a PERFECT place to spend our family Thanksgving. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children). This cozy cabin was stocked with ALL the supplies we needed (kitchen essentials and more, paper towels & toilet paper, an abundance of towels & bedding, games, etc). The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a grocery store, and the neighborhood was very quiet with very nice neighbors. The trampoline and zipline were a highlight for the kids! The host's responsiveness was amazing and we appreciated his excellent communication. Thank you, Alex, for sharing this beautiful cabin with us. Your cabin was perfect for our family to make some beautiful Thanksgiving memories.

Amazing Family Christmas

We booked this property for our Family Christmas with our daughters and new granddaughter along with their husband/fiancee. This cabin is beyond beautiful and the owner also decorated it for Christmas as well. We walked in to a fully decorated Christmas Tree along with other trees throughout the cabin. There were other special Holiday touches as well throughout the cabin. The whole property is amazing and we went on walks during the day. The Cabin was equipped with anything and everything that you could have possibly forgotten. They thought of everything. A perfect family get away. The fireplaces made everything very cozy. A friendly ping pong game between my husband and daughter reminded our daughter who the ping pong master is. The owner was available at all times for us whenever we had any questions. There were so many different activities to do on this property, you could never be bored. I HIGHLY recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Perfect size and location

Our car club attends Hogs and Hotrods annual car show over Memorial weekend, this property was perfect for 6 couples with show cars. Plenty of parking and room to not be on top of each other in the cabin. The deck spaces are huge allowing separate areas for relaxation and visiting. Communication with the owner was very easy with fast responses. The kitchen was well appointed, we found everything we needed to fix meals. Plenty of extra towels for all areas, we have had to go buy some in the past. Personally, our group was not thrilled with not being able to close the blinds on the sky lights during the day as the sun was blinding at certain hours and seemed to make the upper area of the home warmer. As with any property, there are some needed updates, but nothing was out of order. There is an awkwardly placed stainglass window in the downstairs master bathroom that made it necessary to communicate when the shower would be in use so no-one walked down the hall, we would recommend removing. We definitely would consider staying here next year.
