"Galleon Beach was the perfect place to be. We explored other areas and had a great time, but we loved staying near Starlight the best. The porch was our favorite place to watch the sunsets! Seeing the boats go in and out of Nelson's dockyard was fun to watch! Scooter Snorkling right off the beach was amazing! We were so grateful for the many pictures they took. We took advantage of the hiking nearby as well as making our own batch of rum at the Academy of Rum. Starlight was beautiful. We did not need a thing. It really was a great place to stay."

"This place was amazing! Perfect private getaway. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy the island. Check in was easy, though better signage would be nice. The only thing missing from the kitchen is possibly a pitcher, but we just used the pitcher to the blender. We enjoyed our stay so much and plan to come back!!! Possibly for 2 weeks next yr!"

"We were a little sceptical about Galleon Beach Resort due to limited reviews but we did not regret booking. Upon arrival Talia showed us down to Sea Breeze - cottage number 10. She left a welcome sheet providing her mobile number incase we needed it, numbers of taxis etc. The cottage was beautiful with a living area with two small couches, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge water cooler and 2 plate hob. We had two large bedrooms, the Master with ensuite, plus a second bathroom with shower. The highlight of the cottage was having the sea right on our doorstep, we loved sitting out on the patio watching the boats, listening to the birds and the waves. The snorkelling from here was also the best we've experienced. Over the three nights we stayed, we saw Sea Turtles, an Eagle Ray, Puffer fish, baby squid, and hundreds of fish. As we didn't have a car we called a taxi to take us around to English harbour (there is also a water taxi) which cost $15 each way and visited Nelsons Dockyard, had lunch and got some supplies from the Coventry garden supermarket. It was easy to get a return taxi back from the taxi rank at the Dockyards. We prebooked for the same driver to pick us up later that day and take us to Shirley heights for the Thursday night party (also $15). We booked the Loose Cannon beach bar for dinner for two nights, small menu but the Explosive prawns were exquisite. Highly recommend staying in these beachfront cottages!"

"We had an incredible stay and can’t recommend this place enough! The host was extremely responsive and made everything so easy from start to finish. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the nicest touches was arriving to a stocked fridge, which helped us get settled in for the first couple of days without any stress. Truly above and beyond hospitality - five stars is an understatement!"

"This was a lovely beach cottage, perched above a beautiful beach. Easy path down to the beach, and everything you need for the beach: chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, etc. we were wow’d to find milk, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, bacon, & coffee on arrival. Very comfortable king size bed, great pillows and sheets. Extremely nice open port over beach, which is were we spent the majority of our time when not on the beach. VERY steep driveway that was easy to navigate once we did a reconnaissance and understood how to best navigate. Nathan was very responsive and the grounds, maintenance and cleaning staff were very warm and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing house, amazing view, everything we needed and wanted for our stay!! And our hosts were super accommodating and understanding, as we were very delayed going through customs. They sent a cab for us as well. And made us reservations for dinner the night of our arrival. Thank you!!!"
