This peaceful 3-bedroom retreat perfectly blends rustic charm & modern comfort offering the ideal getaway for families, couples or friends. Step inside to discover warm and inviting spaces filled with natural light and cozy touches. The house features a primary bedroom with a king sized bed, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. In addition, there is a loft with a trundle bed and the sunroom is complete with a twin size day bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a beautifully restored antique claw foot tub, the other featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom while taking in breath taking views of the rolling hills, while watching deer and birds wander by. With plenty of room to celebrate or relax, Pickett’s Place is perfect for gathering with family & friends. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort - everything is brand new, ensuring a serene and stylish comfortable stay. Outside stroll along the newly installed rock walkway to the fire pit area complete with Adirondack chairs - the perfect spot to stargaze or share stories under the night skies. With 20 private acres there is endless room to explore or simply soak up the quiet country air. No hidden fees - all prices include everything. Peaceful perfection! Beautiful home in a quiet location- yet still close to everything. We travel a lot and this was by far the most welcoming accommodations we have experienced. It felt like walking into home. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully prepared.

Pickett’s Place is a treasure! Communicating with Lori could not have been more pleasant. Her home is very warm and welcoming. The home is very well appointed with all the typical items a home will have for a family. The interior is beautifully done with such items as a cozy blanket, a suit rack for clothing, comfy furniture, and quite literally the most comfortable bedding. The location is serene but just a quick 15 minute drive to Athens and Ohio University.
