"Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent. Only issue or upgrade Kapok should consider is placing a screen from the elevator to the corridor to access the pool and make it more private.it is too exposed. Overall the stay was great"

He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa!
