Beautiful modern home
The home is beautiful and very very white. Everything inside is white, clean and crisp. Definitely a great place for people who want a small but large enough space to enjoy the area. Bed was really good.
My only concern was the white of everything with our small dog. There is an extra charge if you let dog hair get on linens and furniture. Didn’t get the rules until the day we were suppose to arrive. Thankfully had blankets and stuff in our truck to cover furniture and the white cover on the bed.
I worried about this constantly. Just suggesting that a dog friendly place maybe shouldn’t have all white coverings. People coming need all of the rules before they actually leave or book.
Other than this, it was perfect, very safe neighborhood, lovely pool and spa area. Quiet neighborhood. We did buy a coffee maker and left for the next guest. We drink a lot of coffee and the small cappuccino machine was not going to work for us. I also suggest women bring your shampoo and conditioner you use, the only shower products were a one in 3 body wash, shampoo and conditioner all in one. I don’t know many women who would use this in their hair.
We would return knowing what we know now. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We had a very difficult time with communication with the host planner. We sent several emails to determine the address of where we were staying and received no communication or phone number offered for us to call and discuss the accommodations in the final 24 hours prior to check in. We were visiting from another state in difficult circumstances and were very upset by the lack of communication. We were trying to ascertain the complex we had rented not the unit number. We simply need to be sure we had access and were near our required location due to family health circumstances.

Perfect location outside Phoenix
We had a great experience staying at this beautiful home. Communication with Vince was excellent—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. The virtual guestbook with all the information for our stay was perfect and made everything so easy. The location was super convenient, close to Wal-Mart, grocery stores, fast food, and a pharmacy, and just a 30-minute drive to Phoenix. The house itself was perfect for our needs—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The community pool is a short walk from the house, which made it so easy to spend the day there and come back and forth as needed. We’d absolutely love to stay here again
