"The elevator did not work. The hallway and room smelled really bad. There were cockroaches in our room and the neighbor upstairs was lifting weights at midnight and keep dropping the dumbbells on the floor which kept waking me up."

"The host was extremely responsive. Whenever I asked her questions she responded quickly. The pool, hot tub, and heat was managed remotely which was new for me. I felt bad bugging her but again when I messaged she responded promptly. The house was very beautiful especially the kitchen. Very top notch! ..."
