Guest Access:
The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. The backyard, pool, sauna and fire pit are private to your group.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in the Camelback East area of Phoenix, right off 44th Street and just south of the Arcadia neighborhood. Restaurants and coffee shops along Indian School Road and Camelback Road are a short drive away. Old Town Scottsdale's dining and nightlife, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Camelback Mountain hiking trails, Papago Park and the Phoenix Zoo are all within a short drive.

Getting Around:
A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around. The driveway fits 2 cars, and free street parking is available on E Mitchell Drive. Please park at least 2 feet from the curb cut and check posted signage before parking. The Valley Metro Route 44 bus stop at 44th Street and Osborn Road is a short walk from the home. Route 44 runs south along 44th Street to the 44th Street/Washington light rail station, where the free PHX Sky Train connects to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, also a short drive from the home.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our local team is available to assist.
