Great house, very responsive host

The property has plenty of beds, a very nice pool, and tons of both outdoor and indoor seating. The group had a great time, and would certainly stay here again if we were in the area again.

I would absolutely stay here again. The location was close to everything we needed to do. The house size allowed everyone to have their own space. Everything was comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The backyard was so awesome too. Basically if they gave several adults and a lot of kids (volleyball team and coaches), this house was perfect. Truly, no one wanted to leave. Plus the host was so gracious and helped as needed. The house was clean. Instructions were easy, we could not have been happier.

Great house for kids and adults

Lots of bedrooms. Enough bathrooms for all of us. The pool and hot tub were great! Several TV's so the kids could watch their shows while adults watched theirs.

Great Multigenerational Place

Fantastic for multiple families. 3 families plus grandparents all had their own space. Everything was clearly labeled. Supplies of all kinds, from laundry detergent to kids' toys. Wonderful shade in backyard with grassy area for kicking a soccer ball. Pool was perfect. Large eating spaces both indoor and outdoor. We'll book this place again!

Three Generation Get-together

We are from Nebraska and it was a perfect location for our families. My wife (grandparent generation) has a brother and sister in the area. My son's family is from Virginia (wife + four, ages 4 - 10) and my daughter is from Wisconsin (husband + two, ages 2 & 8). The house is immaculate and furnished with everything you could need to keep everyone of all ages entertained, inside and out. Obviously the pool and hot tub were big hits for the northerners. Kitchen and dining areas were spacious and had everything we needed to keep a hungry group fed. The bedroom configuration was a delight for the grandchildren, who thought every night was as different sleep-over. As far as the location, it was great. Easy access to the 101 and 202 makes it easy to shop, hike, or go anywhere in the valley you desire. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks David.

Perfect place for our extended family gathering

This home was perfect for our gathering of extended family members who gathered for the wedding of our son in Mesa. We came down from Alaska, met up with family from Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. The pool table was a big hit. The pool was well used by people of all ages. The only issue was the the heat didn't work. We let the host know and he reached out after it was fixed, so it worked for a day, but then it stopped working again. The host refunded us for the heating cost and was going to look into why it wasn't working. The host was very responsive when we reached out for any concerns (we only found one garage door remote and he let us know the previous guests took it; a package arrived; there was a couple things broken that he knew about it let us know what we could do about it). We used the game room and some of the games. There was plenty of seating for everyone, indoor and outdoor. We appreciated the grill and extra propane that we could use. The hammock was used by several different people. We used the lawn games..... it was really a perfect gathering place for us as we came together to celebrate a family wedding. We didn't have any of the wedding celebrations at this location, but we were able to gather here between scheduled activities.

The rental held a large group well. The host was flexible and quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled clearly so we knew where to find things and to put them away. The best we have experienced. There was plenty of places to sit. There lots of living zones for a crowd. There were lots of nice towels for the pool. We enjoyed the rental.
