Community features a community pool, nearby walking path, and is located 300 steps from all of the downtown amenities. Stunning interior with quartz countertops, new appliances, electric fireplace, 4 flat-screen TV's, located next to pool and other amenities. Additionally front patio features a fire pit and sitting chairs. Private 2 car garage. Amazing restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance.

We have a private hot tub located on the rooftop balcony. And is only accessible by stairs on this property.
