Your group stays close without sharing every moment, and the rooftop above handles the entertaining.

Each condo has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, an open living area with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony for morning coffee or the last light of the day. Together, the homes sleep four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two kitchens, two living rooms, and separate front doors. It is an easy setup for two couples, friends traveling together, or a small group that wants connection without giving up personal space.

Up on the roof, guests have access to a resort-style pool with loungers and shaded cabanas, hot and cold plunge spa, grilling and dining areas, fire pits, and mountain views. The fitness spaces go well beyond the basics with Peloton bikes, free weights, TRX equipment, rowers, and a dedicated yoga and Pilates studio. A dry sauna and clubroom with billiards and shuffleboard round out the shared amenities.

The location makes the rest of the trip simple. High Street is within walking distance for restaurants and shops, while Desert Ridge Marketplace and the Musical Instrument Museum are close by. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
