"The room had everything I needed. I liked that I could just walk out the door and be right at the pool. The bathroom / shower was spacious. Loved having a full refrigerator / freezer. Bed was comfortable. I could easily walk to some of my favorite cafes, bars, and restaurants in the Roosevelt Arts District. The host was very responsive and made sure I was happy and comfortable."

"This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! "

"Jason at the front desk was awesome and accommodating. My teenage son & I stayed here for 3 nights during a conference . It was centrally located to the airport & conference which was really convenient . The room tidy & clean, the shower was hot, the adjacent rooms were quiet neighbors. I have stayed in "fancier" hotels certainly but if you need a place to stay at night, you will be happy with this hotel. "

"Clean room, however housekeeping doesn’t clean every-other-day as stated. Parking lot is small, plenty of parking in overflow. Sounds within the hotel are minimal (didn’t hear neighbors above, below or Nextdoor.) The light rail is VERY loud. Great location for Children’s hospital, Abrazo Heart and gayborhood. Be aware if you need to extend, hotel makes you rebook at whatever the new going rate is based on availability and how busy the city is. "
