"Stay was fine outside of the bugs"

"We stayed for 3 nights. The second day we got back from our activities and room service had not come by for fresh towels and to take the trash out. "We had a great one night stay. The only negative was that in our suite the ac did not work in our bedroom so we kept the door open to the living area. Our room was a little warm while sleeping but nothing unbearable."
