"Property was nice but I got there during an outside remodel which made you having to enter through the side doors. The guest laundry facilities need a refresh (looked dirty). Also, my stay was for 8 days and cleaning staff only cleaned the room two days of the stay. I had hung the do not disturb sign out the first two days and cleaning crew recorded it as all week. There old food left in the fridge in my room, housekeeping never did a thorough cleaning from the prior guest. The outside has overgrown weeds throughout the entire property. "I couldn’t get the TV to shut off. I had to open the breaker in the room and the electrical panel. The Clock in the room was also wasn’t plugged in and I didn’t know how to set it up. The body wash in the shower was empty. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was helpful."

"The property posts announcements on the elevator asking for a 10 out of 10 review. I find that very offputting. The hotel is excellent, but the price is a little high so I would say the value for money is not quite a nine out of 10."
