The staff was kind and friendly like the staff at every other hotel in Greece; nothing remarkable. They donā€™t answer when you call and the wi-fi barely works so it was the least tech savvy hotel I stayed at. There were moments when no one was in the hotel except one housekeeper so it felt deserted most of the time. The rooftop views are gorgeous but they donā€™t have an outdoor seating area. I went up there to take photos and the door locked me out and no one was able to help for over five minutes and no one answered the phone or email. I would not return.

Nicolas was the most knowledgeable, considerate host. He assisted with transportation, restaurant reservations, laundry and recommended important sites of Syros. Nicolas deserves 10 stars! The Palazzo is beautifully restored and feels as though you are staying in a grand home. Perfect location above town, breakfast included, water and espresso machines in rooms for your convenience. Quintessential experience in Syros.

The location & sea view was awesome! The staff were super attentive & friendly. The breakfast was huge, wholesome & fresh. A 15 min walk from the ferry with spectacular sea views just added to the great experience. I will be back & will highly recommend Electra Syros!
