"The hotel is great. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Carter who helped us communicate and organize our day with the non english speaking driver we hired for the day. His help was so appreciated and because of him we had a fun sightseeing day. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travelers."

"From the start till the end of our stay has been wonderful. Given a high floor room with such a lovely view. Hotel also took extra effort to decorate our room as it was our wedding anniversary. Free mini fridge welcome drinks were provided. Buffet breakfast had plentiful of food from Western to Chinese cuisine. They also provide free high tea and night supper too. Location is excellent just 10 mins walk to Chunxi road and train station. Every staff is polite and friendly so really can’t ask for more with such a good nightly rate."

"Great comfortable and modern hotel. Free laundry with dryer is a plus. The staff were not exactly the most helpful. The one who checked me in didn’t even know what she was doing - first asked me to pay 300 yuan or so although I paid in full for my one night. Then she later said oh no sorry. Then asked for my visa while my passport was with her and there was a clear transit sticker. Anytime I asked a question, I got a blunt response like someone who didn’t care. But hotel itself is decent. Great location. Walking distance to places."
