"Great spot to stay with walkable dining. Close to park and waterfront. Warm, welcoming staff. Super clean. Safe parking. Although be sure to specify if stairs are problematic when booking."

"Scary place I would not recommend"

"It was a very comfortable room for a 4 day stay. It felt clean and more importantly felt safe too."

"Very soft bed, very low water pressure in shower, hot water took almost 4 minutes to come through"

"Room was sufficient for my stay. Did not see staff but thats not a problem. Definitely going to be comi g back again. Thank you guys."

"We chose the Pullman over a couple of other hotels near the airport because we wanted it to be a very special experience, aligned with our trip to Japan the next day. The hotel fell short of our expectations due to the fact it is now looking a bit rundown, which was quite disappointing...faded carpet; scratched furniture etc"

"The location was handy and the room was very well insulated against sound. Some simple things like cutlery and a clothes airer would have been useful but otherwise a great place to stay as a base to visit family in the area."

"This property is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again"

"4 stars are because its not a new build and its age is showing in some areas. In saying that, we would rebook if in Brisbane again. The airport shuttle service was a bonus. A tip we would have liked to have known... the room we had was on second floor and, being over 65, I struggled a bit with getting heavy suitcases up stairs. Ask for a lower floor room if this would cause you an issue"

"Sue the host was wonderful and very helpful. The Room was very comfortable and spacious. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended stay."

"Very good staff an clean room"
