"Rooms are small but you will find so many places on site to sit and relax you shouldn’t be in your room unless to sleep. You need to take a walk around the complex because it has so many areas to sit and you will not feel like you are in the middle of town! The sitting areas are both inside and out and the outside areas have both a fire pit and heating lamps."

"The hotel was a super convenient location and the staff was pleasant. The hotel is historic which comes with challenges - the window leaked quite a bit during a rather large storm, but the shower also poured water each time it was used. The rooms are very tiny, but that was obvious before booking. We unfortunately were not given the king bed we paid for, and it was not acknowledged until I went down and asked."

"charming historic motel. the bed is comfy, shower and restroom clean. The bar in the lobby is good and the hotel is pet friendly. The coffee is a huge miss, unless you like battery acid in the morning. Id say its a solid 4/5,"

"Beautiful venue and rooms. Given the elevation of the rooms, we were able to enjoy spectacular sunsets. One of the most comfortable hotel beds we have experienced. We loved having indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Bishop’s Lodge location felt like the best of both worlds, being only ten minutes from the center of town. The staff were lovely and friendly. However, it felt like this was their first rodeo - we experienced a few snafus. Having met the GM, as well as the Head of Operations of the property, I have little doubt service will only improve. Not an issue of desire to please, just experience. The venue is therapeutic in its own right."
