Cosy Northumberland farm cottage with hot tub in quiet location

Cosy Northumberland farm cottage with hot tub in quiet location

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Thornton Cottages was truly exceptional—five stars hardly do it justice. From the moment we arrived, Laura, the hostess, was brilliant and comuncated everything we needed to know giving direction to the local amenities and atractions incredibly helpful. To top it off, her mum went above and beyond by saving the day when we needed a lead to fix our car. The views were absolutely stunning, and the hot tub was just the cherry on top of a perfect getaway. I simply can’t praise them enough!"

Rose Cottage - Charming Cottage in the Grounds of a Private Country House Estate

Rose Cottage - Charming Cottage in the Grounds of a Private Country House Estate

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent countryside location, 5 minutes drive to A1, 10 minutes to Berwick. Gorgeous cottage & throughout the decor has the theme of roses is reflected. In the garden, with lovely seating area. Ground floor the Spacious bedroom, changing room & en-suite bathroom with separate bath & large shower. Upstairs another spacious twin bedroom & bathroom. Considerate selection of guest amenities, electric blanket & bedding/ towels. A very large/cosy lounge dining area & kitchen. The hosts have excelled in the kitchen, all equipment you will need, with surprising “coffee pods” what a delicious way to start your beautiful nature morning. A lovely guest touch, Northumbria Parking Disc Permits. Warm in person touch by hosts, checking we were all ok after arrival. As a retired hotelier, I was thrilled to see hospitality alive & excelling in Northumbria."

Cosy pet friendly farm cottage, 15 minutes to Northumberland coast!

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent property for a family holiday! Perfectly peaceful with large garden for children's play and a well equipped playground nearby.Plenty to see and do with all of the places and attractions that we visited being within a 50 mile radius, max. Most of our visits were only 10 to 15 minutes away.Excellent choice of both takeaway food and pub food within short distance, plus a good choice of supermarkets in Berwick (10 minutes drive) and an excellent choice of artisan foods at the numerous farm shops dotted around the area."
