"This is a small bed and breakfast establishment right in the centre of Pavia and they have tried to think of everything for the convenience of their guests. The side road grille gate is a bit of a surprise, but very secure. Once in, on a hot day I was immediately offered a drink. The stairs are steep, but my bag was taken up to and brought down from the room. The room is very pleasant, nowhere near as over the top as the pictures suggest, there are tea and coffee-making facilities,...

"This is a wonderful property located in a perfect spot in Pavia. We stay in many rental properties and I can say, without question, the service at Arnabaldi Palace is as good as we have ever received. Rooms are well appointed and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We fully intend to stay here again on our next trip to Italy."

"I had a great stay at Villa Marissa ! Only 11 minutes walk from the train station. Strongly recommend it to others!"

"Rommet var rent, lett å finne fram."

"Very dirty old tired place"

"Very friendly"

"Excellent stay! Close to Central Station (lake como, etc) and easy to walk to local attractions. Would stay again"

"Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben in dem Hotel nur eine Nacht übernachtet. Es ist ein großes Hotel und sehr Zentral. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, aber leider in die Jahre gekommen und im Bad könnte man das Silikon erneuern (etwas verschimmelt). Unser Zimmer hatte kein Teppichboden und das fanden wir seht gut. Man hatte alles was man zum Frühstücken braucht. Parkplatz war genügt vorhanden und kostenlos. Leider hat das WiFi nicht funktioniert, aber nicht schlimm."

"It was nice place, great location. The spa was an added bonus. Check out the buffet for breakfast"

"This is a lovely four star hotel in an interesting part of the city. Close to shopping and to the university area. Hotel is clean, room is pleasant and staff are helpful."

"أكيد، هذه ترجمتها للإنجليزية بصياغة قوية ورسمية: I demand an immediate refund of the amount that was charged to me unlawfully. I checked out of the hotel on August 10, 2026. However, I was charged the full amount of the booking, despite the booking terms clearly stating that the applicable cancellation penalty was only €120. Charging the full booking amount despite my early check-out and the agreed booking conditions is unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of the terms of the...

"The staff at this hotel was amazing! I had an emergency situation and they helped me immensely to solve my situation. So friendly and professional!"
