Disgusting. Not 3 star. Horrible place

I booked this place because of the ratings and please dont believe them.. I arrived with 4 indian men at reception.. didnt have clue, tried to charge me but i already paid. You would think a room with 201-208 would be next floor.. wrong 4th floor and no lift.. man insisted on taking suitcase and wanted tip. No way this is 3 star.. wifi absolute dreadful, tv but no remote and no reception, kettle but no mugs or condimants.. fridge near bed noisy, sharp bed frame that cut my leg, safe is useless as not attached to anything, wires in shower and you cant shave in bathroom as its painted dark grey so cant see in mirror. If you are female, you may feel intimated there too.. rules are ridiculous and fines for things missing that werent there in the first place. Location hard to find for minibus pickups for days out. Have photos and will show.. you have been warned! Dont go.

I will say the food was terrific! The staairs were a bit steep, so if you were injured, unfit and or 55 plus a concern. The shower nearly flooded and required my intervention to drain propoerly. It may be still a work in progress.

A première vue, la chambre semblait propre mais lorsque l’on regardait comme il faut, il y avait des tas de cheveux et de poussière le long des murs et derrière les portes. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et la chambre n a pas été nettoyée, nous devions laisser la clé à la réception pour qu’il passe la faire...déjeuner à partir de 9 heures... impossible d’avoir un café avant 9:30... pas de télévision qui fonctionne... très bruayant. Très décevant comme hôtel.

The staff is a 12 out of 10’here. Some of the best I’ve ever seen and I spend my life in hotels travelling. Most of them are from India. Have to try the Indian food. It’s a pricier menu but u won’t be dissapointed.

When location matters

The staff is friendly, Indian food is really good. If travelling with budget, this could be your place. Location is good, walking distance everywhere. Good Massage parlour just next door. Otherwise... well, if you were not planning to spend time in your hotel, this is good place to set up base.
