"Staff was great and very helpful. English ability varies but those who did speak were very engaged. Location was great to be close to but not exactly in the Old Town. One downside to location is that you might need to guide the less experienced ride share/taxi drivers since the Google / app maps can be a bit misleading in how to get there
Only real issue is poor flushing toilet but that is common in many non Western countries so it comes with the territory if you plan to travel a lot"

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"Airport pick up was easy, just give them a call. Room was great. No food options nearby, 10-15 min walk. They did have some ramen options/snacks for purchase if you need something quick. Just a place to rest and leave"
