"The heater couldn’t be turned on. There was a horrible smell. Even I went in there room after checking in the window was open. It was 41 degrees outside. I assume they were trying to air it out and forgot to close it. The indoor pool was like a glacier lake and the hot tub should be called a Luke warm bath. Overall not the best stay I’ve ever had. "

"The room was very nice, if a bit dated. But they are in the middle of a huge renovation so I’m assuming all rooms will get an update. The bed was comfy, the sheets were great, and the staff was amazing. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi on the tv and the phone. So I responded to the “let us know if you need anything” text regarding both issues and there was someone at our door almost immediately. Both of the issues were user issues and not property issues. Lol "

"Needed a stay on our way to Colorado. New Valor seemed to be a good option. Friendly staff, nice gym, BBQ joint right next to it, quiet and spacious rooms made stay very nice. Breakfast is good too - they have 6 EV charging stations too."
