"The staff were overwhelmed. The dryers weren't working so the staff couldn't provide clean linens. The lobby filled with angry customers who arrived at the hotel and couldn't get a room. The staff put a note on the window at the front desk stating they weren't accepting new arrivals and left. No customer service at all. 😲"

"We paid extra to have a 'walk-in shower, only to find every room has the same. We are both in our 80s and there were no ground floor rooms available - ups two flights, and no elevator. The condition of the place is poor. Cheap materials and novice workmanship. Room was less than half the size shown in the photo. Vending machines only ion the foyer, took our money and gave no produce. Desk clerk claimed he could not help. NEVER AGAIN."

"The room is outdated. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The shower was so dirty that we couldn't use it. The toilet seat moved when you flushed. The fridge had more dents in it than a car from the 80’s. Smelled bad, and the AC hardly worked. Needs major updating for $400 a night."

"The showers could be updated but other than that...excellent rooms and breakfast was great. Good offerings with variety. Nice little pool and work out room. Definitely will stay there if traveling through the area."

"Parking was right on site. Very convenient. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the day. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Lots of extras. Cookies in the hall, candies and snacks in the room. Ice and pop in fridges. Very clean room. Shower could have had better pressure, but functional. Very close to shopping etc in town. We visited to celebrate our anniversary and would recommend for couples wanting a nice quiet relaxing getaway. "

"Amazing stay!! The food, room views, pool looking at the lake! Walkable into town, boat rides on the lake, sauna that looks at the lake is a very nice design. They have a shuttle if you need one- that I didn’t use but seen it used often. Definitely will be back."
