"The Francis is charming and very comfortable. It looks as pretty and fresh in person as it does online. We appreciated the decor and thoughtful details such as a basket of cozy throws by the sofa, earplugs (if needed), comfortable beds and pillows, room-darkening drapes, and complimentary bath gel and shampoo. The location is close to Round Top which was our purpose for visiting. We look forward to future stays!"

"We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Oaks Ranch as there were no vacancy at the ranch. It was about 15 minutes away, which wasn’t bad. We had a minor miscommunication for our reservation due to Vrbo not notifying the host, but when I reached out, the host was immediately responsive and resolved the situation. It’s just minutes away from Round Top, so after our games, we went to town and enjoyed a great evening at Round Top Brewery and Kitchen. It was dark by the time we made it to...
